Mr. Gajendiran Ramachandran

Managing Director

Mr. Gajendiran Ramachandran holds both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, BITS Pilani.

Mr. Gajendiran has a strong Lean Six Sigma and Project management background. Apart from courses in Business Administration and Project Management, he completed Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) Certification from Indian Statistical Institute and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from American Society for Quality (ASQ CSSBB).

Mr. Gajendiran was until recently a Lean Six Sigma & Quality Head in HCL Technologies and HCL America Inc., from where he retired. He was responsible for leadership development and coaching through annual performance planning. He has a deep understanding of solutions and services that can aligned for a clients business needs, and the challenges associated with HCL specific onsite and offshore engagements with its clients. With this specialized knowledge he is able to analyze customer requirements and position the right services to solve the customer’s business process challenges. He is also familiar with proprietary tools at HCL to manage business analysis and solution implementation efforts at HCL America, Inc.:

In HCL Gajendiran has trained and certified Global Vertical and Business leaders in Lean Six Sigma Champions. Directly involved in 100+ DMAIC, Lean and DFSS projects as a coach and mentor. Trained and certified 50+ Black Belts, 200+ Green Belts and 1000+ Yellow Belts in India and worldwide

Before Joining HCL, Gajendiran spent ten years with Delphi Automotive Systems in India & U.S., as General Manager Quality and Head of Metrology Lab. He helped build the Quality Systems and procedures. Managed the worldwide product line optimization and performance eight Delphi Manufacturing facilities worldwide.

The first twelve years of his career were in various senior management positions with AEGIS Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Mitutoyo South Asia Ltd. He was responsible for Quality Management, Operation Excellence, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business process re-engineering and niche performance improvement tools and client interaction to understand and analyze Quality system requirements, onsite and offshore management.
